Join us for a 5-night immersive experience exploring longer meditations, breathwork, the Advanced Integrative technique, restorative yoga, deeply nourishing meals and the healing practice of silence. We will also explore “Meditation to Move Beyond Limiting Patterns.”

This retreat takes place in a luxury estate set on a secluded peninsula, in the Coromandel. The property is perched above a stunning white sandy beach and looks out to the Pacific Ocean. The beach is a 15 minute walk; from the main house through an ancient Pohutukawa forest.

Hosted and facilitated by three foundational members of the SOMM teaching crew: AIM Facilitators & Yoga Teachers Claire Robbie and Caroline Sherratt and AIM and Breathwork Facilitator Jo Pearson who are retreat veterans and have vast experience creating supportive environments for the work we will be exploring. Claire & Caroline have run retreats multiple times together and individually, and have refined and curated the perfect schedule over the years.

This bespoke and intimate retreat experience will not just enhance your practices but give you an opportunity to completely detox from technology and the world. We also have Jo to joining us to incorporate daily breathwork and a full Breathwork Journey. Each day there will be restorative yoga, meditation practices, ocean swims, three delicious and detoxifying plant based meals all in a setting that enhances the nature of the deeply introspective work you will be doing. We are completely removed from the outside world on this retreat and our guests are always astounded at how replenished they feel after this experience.

Accommodation at the estate is centered around the gorgeous Main House - a grand homestead in the style of a Scottish mansion. Adjoining the Main House are two beautifully appointed self-contained executive suites, known as "The Stables". All accommodation options are immaculate, beautifully furnished and have views of the ocean or pool.
