COMMUNITY PRACTICE

SOUND IMMERSIONS

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ Guided experience using music and sound
○ Promotes relaxation and self—reflection.

QI GONG

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ Traditional Chinese mind—body movement practice.
○ Cultivation of vital energy.

FRIDAY NIGHT YIN & CACAO

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ Combines Yin Yoga, Meditation & Cacao.

YIN & REIKI

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ Gentle yin session facilitated by Reiki Master.
○ Energetic work with the class collective and individuals.

WALK, BREATHE, PLUNGE

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ Combines walking meditation with breathwork.
○ Followed by ocean immersion.
○ Nature’s contrast therapy.

TEA CEREMONY

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ Modern take on ancient mindfulness practice of tea.
○ Co—creation between inspiring teachers.

BREATHEWORK JOURNEY

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ Monthly longer breathwork experience.
○ Focuses on intentional breathing techniques.
○ Promotes relaxation, stress relief, and emotional release.

DYNAMIC BREATH

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ A session to recalibrate your nervous system through dynamic breathwork and movement. A class to clear and energise. 

INTEGRATED MEDITATION

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ A guided meditation that teaches different techniques that can be integrated into daily life. Meditation with practical application.

○ Thirty (30) minute partially guided, traditional meditation experience.
○ Covers several different breathwork techniques.

BREATHE BETTER

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ Thirty (30) minute session focusing on functional breathing konwledge and theory.
○ Creates better breathing patterns.

○ Longer meditation practice.

MEDITATE

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

○ Thirty (30) minute partially guided, traditional meditation experience.
○ Includes deep pocket of silence for exploration.
