We have a range of breath work classes, which are guided by a trained facilitator in a safe supportive space. You’ll be introduced to conscious breathing techniques, applicable to all levels. Whether that is using breath work as a tool for shifting states, how stress manifests in the body and we can process it, right up to how we can bring our mind, body and heart into alignment for Whole System Health.

We have breath work classes for everyone, whether that is one off classes, or if you want to deepend your practice we also have courses available to work through at your own speed. They can be attended in-person at our SOMM Studio - located just off K-road. Or you can jump into our digital library for a range of classes and courses.

  • No. Classes are designed for beginners and advanced practitioners.

  • It completely depends, some of our online classes are 30 - 75 mins. Then our outdoor workshops can be a few hours.

  • Comfortable clothing, water bottle, yoga mat (provided if you don’t have one)

  • Yes of course! We live stream our courses so you can join from anywhere in the world. Also, our digital library is full of useful content, courses and information.
