Monday Meditation - Claire Robbie, founder of SOMM, begins the week with dynamic breath practices, guided meditation into contemplative silence.
Dynamic Breath - Merges breathwork, movement and Qi Gong. Amplifies energy and vitality.
Qi Gong - Traditional Chinese Mind-Body movement practice.
SOMM Beach Meditation - Our SOMM Meditate class taking place online from the beach in Sydney this summer.
SOMM Breathe - Morning breathwork sessions blending ancient wisdom and modern science. Improves focus, reduces stress and builds resilience.
SOMM Exhale - Evening breathwork sessions blending ancient wisdom and modern science. Improves focus, reduces stress and builds resilience.
SOMM Meditate - Partially guided, traditional seated meditation experience. Includes deep pockets of silence for exploration.
SOMM Breathwork - A studio breathwork class.
Move & Meditate - a Saturday morning yoga or Qi-gong inspired movement class with space to meditate
Sunday Slow Flow + Coffee - a studio yoga class with opportunity to connect at the local cafe afterwards
Yin & Cacao - Combines yin yoga, meditation and cacao.
Yoga Nidra - Also known as ‘yogic sleep’. A calming class to support deep rest and relaxation, reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.
