○ SOMM Flow blends strength-building vinyasa with calming breathwork and meditation.

MONDAY — CANDLELIGHT YIN
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
○ Candlelit Yin yoga with deep, passive stretches for flexibility and joint support.
○ A slow, calming practice to unwind from the busyness of life.

○Improve focus, reduce stress, and build resilience.
YOGA NIDRA
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
○ A calming class combining breathwork and Yoga Nidra to support deep rest and relaxation.
○ Known as “yogic sleep,” this practice helps reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
SOMM MEDITATE
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
○ Thirty (30) minute partially guided, traditional meditation experience.
○ Includes deep pocket of silence for exploration.
