Join us on the second Sunday of every month for a deeper meditative experience and a chance to chat with your teachers and community. Practicing with a group is a wonderful way to feel supported in your practice and to amplify your understanding and learn from the experience of others.
In these community meditation sessions our senior teachers will guide you through a longer practice, and be available for any of your meditation /practice related questions.
In group meditation classes you will:
- Receive clear and helpful instruction so you can develop your practice
- Sit for a partially guided meditation together
- Have the opportunity to ask a senior practitioner and teacher questions
- Grow a sense of confidence, connection and community
- Stay for tea
Meditation supports a deepening understanding of ourselves and our relationship to the world around us, and in community this s even more amplified.
