This special session features Yoga Nidra, a powerful practice that induces deep relaxation and mental clarity, accompanied by the sounds of ancient crystal bowls.Kayla’s guidance of Yoga Nidra (also known as Yogic sleep) will lead you on a systematic path of relaxation, combined with Maryam’s experience of sound healing, will create an immersive experience to help you leave feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
Journalling is an option at the end of the class to help integrate and reflect on your experience as well as set an intention for the week/month ahead. This class is suitable for everyone, as a gift for yourself, from yourself, offering your mind and body a retreat from daily stress, allowing you to reconnect with your inner peace and well-being.
All you need for this class is a willingness to lie down, let go and rest.
