Guided by experienced facilitators Kayla and Maryam, this session is designed to reset your nervous system, heighten sensory awareness, and foster deep relaxation. Perfect for anyone seeking to reconnect with themselves and learn systematic relaxation techniques.

Yoga Nidra, known as 'yogic sleep,' induces deep relaxation while maintaining awareness, reducing stress, improving sleep quality, enhancing mental clarity, and promoting emotional healing. Physical relaxation, including muscle tension release and fatigue reduction, is a key benefit. Accessible to all, Yoga Nidra fosters self-reflection and connection through introspection.

Sound meditation with crystal bowls, accompanied by live singing and soothing music, brings a profound sense of presence, resonating deeply to promote calmness and inner peace. Vibrations from sound instruments can help release tension, ease anxiety, and restore balance in body and mind, deepening relaxation and facilitating a meditative state effortlessly.

Finally, journaling integrates this unique experience, offered as an optional practice to conclude the session. All you need is a willingness to lie down, let go, and rest — we'll take care of the rest.
