Classes

  • SOMM offers a variety of classes including meditation, breathwork, yoga, sound immersions, and more. Some popular classes are:

    • SOMM GUIDED (30-minute partially guided meditation)

    • Breathwork sessions

    • Foundation Yoga

    • Friday night Yin & Cacao

  • Yes, all SOMM classes are designed to be accessible for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

  • Class durations vary, ranging from 30 minutes for guided meditations to 75 minutes for yoga sessions.

  • Yes, Full Access members can attend both livestream and in-studio classes.

Booking and Attendance

  • You can book classes through the SOMM website or mobile app.

  • Please cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time via your Momence Portal.

  • SOMM does not allow entry to in-studio and online classes after the scheduled start time.

Facilities and Location

  • SOMM is located at 1/1 Howe St. Freeman's Bay, Auckland. The door entry is beside Métier.

  • Street parking is available along Howe St. (check signs), paid parking under Hopetoun Bridge (use ParkMate App), and metered parking on K-Rd.

Technical Aspects
