A 3-Week Journey into Inner Awareness, Self-Compassion, and Nervous System Safety We are excited to be able to offer this incredibly comprehensive course diving into Internal Family Systems with Satori Clarke.

Satori Clarke PgDip. BA.Sc (Hons) is a Nervous System Health Educator and Breathwork Teacher; Somatic Attunement and Self-Parts Integration Facilitator.

In this gentle, experiential introduction to Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll explore the different “parts” of ourselves that arise in moments of tension, conflict, emotion, and vulnerability—and learn how to meet them with presence, compassion, and safety.

Rooted in both nervous system science and attachment theory, this course invites you to begin building the internal conditions for secure attachment to yourself—through practices of curiosity, containment, and embodied Self-leadership. As we learn to listen to and tend to our parts, we gently rewire the internal relationship patterns that have shaped our lives. The way we relate to ourselves becomes the foundation for how we show up in the world, with others, and with the fullness of our own experience.

This is an experiential course: you won’t just learn about parts—you’ll meet them. Sessions include guided inner work & opportunities for group sharing and connection.
