Join like-minded explorers for a 4 week online immersion in the comfort of your own home. An intentional space to balance the nervous system and lean into psychedelic shifts while being supported by community and a trauma-informed plant medicine guide.

This course is for those who are curious about the energetics of plant medicine, specifically psychoactive psilocybin magic mushrooms but practices can be applied to adaptogenic mushrooms, cacao, cannabis, and blue lotus... Be supported in cultivating a sustainable personal practice to enhance awareness and transformation.

This online course will be an educational resource shared through a harm reduction perspective on the topic of microdosing magic mushrooms alongside a meditation and somatic practice.

Your online guide to microdosing:

  • Understand the historical context of some of these medicines

  • Learn about modern developments within the clinical realm

  • Discover use cases, contraindications, and what it would take to cultivate a personal practice

  • Practice somatic-based techniques and meditative practices to encourage transformation and integration

  • Be amongst like-minded community, a radical stance of de-stigmatising earth medicines

About Your Facilitator:

Raquel Minh is a trauma-informed plant medicine guide and blossoming curandera and yoga teacher with a degree in Psychology.

She is passionate about creating spaces to support mind/body/spirit journeys through a trauma-informed approach. She shares ancient and indigenous practices to honor connection with ancestors and somatic practices to create more resilient nervous systems. 

Currently, there are multiple New Zealand clinical trials and research studies investigating the impact of microdosing. Psilocybin is also available for treatment-resistant depression through Dr. Cameron Lacey. This course may support those who are participating in this university research around the country.

This course is not a space for sourcing or selling illegal substances. All information shared is for harm reduction and educational purposes.
