This course brings yoga anatomy to life as a living, breathing foundation for intelligent, embodied movement. Explore the core systems that shape how we move and feel: the skeletal and muscular systems, fascia, breath, and nervous system, and discover how awareness of the body deepens every aspect of yoga practice.
